Synopsis: Aldryth’s people are dying. When she heard of another realm that could spell salvation for the dragons, she crosses the border – only to be captured by a Dark Lord with a penchant for pain. After barely escaping with her mind intact, she falls in with an unhinged stranger and his pixie companion. Aldryth is forced to become a thief in exchange for their help and protection, which may prove more dangerous than the Dark Lord’s sick obsessions.
